Founder Engineer Paul Meier provided the technical foundation, while his son Bernie Meier brought his passion for sales, leadership and human development to the company in 2009. Together, they combine engineering excellence, international leadership experience and authentic coaching that has grown worldwide in different cultures. Today, BMG Bernie Meier GmbH is based on two areas.
